What makes your cleaning service different from others?
We genuinely care. We’re not a big faceless company — we’re local, personal, and passionate about what we do. Plus, we bring a positive, friendly attitude, real attention to detail, and a friendly face/s to see regularly to have a quick chat/rant to.
What areas do you Cover?
General, regular cleans we cover Braintree and surrounding areas.
Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans we would cover Essex ( with travel and mileage costs as extra)
Bio Hazard – We would cover England.
What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We specialise in domestic, commercial, and biohazard cleaning solutions.

How can I book a cleaning service?
You can book by calling / messaging us directly on 07561636898, using our online contact form or visit our socials and send us a message there.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Nope! Some clients prefer to be in, others give us keys or codes — we work around what feels comfortable and secure for you.
How long will the clean take?
That depends on the size of the property and what needs doing. But don’t worry — we’ll give you an estimated time before we start. We’re quick, but thorough.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll happily reschedule or cancel. We’re flexible and can move clean if possible.
Unfortunately if cleans are cancelled without 24 hours notice the charge of the clean will still be issued, as much as we love to clean, this is out income that puts food on our table and pays the bills.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
We know how important trust and consistency are. We’ll do our best to keep your favourite cleaner coming back to you. If however your usual cleaner is on holiday or off poorly we will send one of other amazing cleaners or reschedule if needed.
Can I give specific instructions or areas to focus on?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Every home and workplace is different, and we want to clean in a way that makes the biggest impact for you.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
We hope this wouldn’t be an issue, But if something’s not quite right, please do let us know. We’ll do everything we can to fix it and make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
